Review by hotel critic
The ambiance of the restaurant, with artistic touches like quirky snowsport watercolors, set the stage for an evening of culinary exploration. I appreciated the freedom to craft my own 4-course meal from the à-la-carte menu, allowing me to indulge in a diverse mix of flavors. The culinary team showcased their dedication to local ingredients and innovation, which resonated with my background as a marine biologist-it's all about sustainability, after all. Each dish I sampled mirrored a commitment to regional specialties, particularly notable in the pasta selections. Mornings began with a substantial breakfast buffet, where the charisma of the staff made the experience more enjoyable. The spread was impressive, and their attention to detail truly elevated my stay. I can't wait to return for another culinary adventure!
